Medical Software Ltd., located in Springfield, Missouri, is a corporation founded by Kevin Grant Scott and Keith Robert VanderVeen, in 1998.

Kevin Scott operates a mobile cardiovascular ultrasound service out of Springfield, Missouri. He is a registered technologist with specialties in cardiac and vascular. He received his MBA from Chadwick University in Birmingham, Alabama. He is married to Glenda and has one son Caleb (who is his most important project). Kevin enjoys working with youth in his church, lifting weights, flying planes, and working with Keith on his computer.

Keith VanderVeen works as a freelance computer consultant in Bolivar, Missouri. He received his BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Missouri. Keith enjoys spending time with his wife Sharon, working with the college ministry in his church, playing the piano and trombone, playing computer games, working with Kevin, and talking with his family and friends.
