Question:
I'm running Windows NT or Windows 2000, and the FAX part of the program does not seem to be working correctly. What am I doing wrong?

Answer:
Nothing. Make sure you are running the latest version of our software. We have just recently released version 2.0 of our software, which includes a new FAX driver, which runs on Windows NT 4.0 and WIndows 2000.

Question: I see a box on the FAX screen, but there is no information in it. How do I get the information to show up?

Answer:
The box that you see is the place where you select your Speed-dial FAX numbers. You can set these up in the Options from the main screen.

Question: I want to fill out the Speed-dial FAX numbers. How do I get an outside line, a pause, etc.?

Answer:
You can use same characters for the Speed-dial that you do for any phone call. For instance, 9 is a common prefix to dial to get an outside line. A comma(,) is used to indicate a pause. To disable call waiting, sometimes *70 is used. To get the exact information, you will need to talk to the person in charge of your phone system.

Question: I want to change one of my Speed-dial numbers just this one time. How do I do that?

Answer:
The number area is completely editable. You can add whatever you want to the number to dial. Whenever you change this number, it only changes it for the one time.
